We had a fantastic stay surrounded by the tropical rainforest, with breathtaking views of the nearby mountain. The hotel facilities were extensive, and the staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the small shuttle bus to the nearby rainforest, which is only 3 km away. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and breakfast was delicious.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Situated in the tropical rainforest next to a small river, the location provides a peaceful retreat away from the crowded beach. The spacious room offers a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with fresh towels every day. Breakfast is delicious with a selection of tasty western and Chinese dishes. The swimming pool area is well-maintained and the hot springs are relaxing to soak in overlooking the forest.
Some onsite activities are limited, and there is a lack of entertainment nearby.

A luxurious stay was experienced at this hotel. The HHonors room offered exclusive amenities and a stunning view of the mountains. The decor gave a warm, homely feel. The staff personalized the stay, giving excellent customer service and making the vacation one of the most relaxing ever. The hot spring pool was a highlight, overlooking the gorgeous scenery. The hotel provided free transport to Qianziling mountain.
Although still in the soft opening phase, everything was not up and running. However, this did not affect the staff's willingness to make the stay exceptional.

Great location near a nature park, perfect for escaping pollution. Enjoyed the family-friendly atmosphere and multiple pool options, including hot springs.
Limited English-speaking staff made communication challenging. Food quality in some areas was poor, including pre-packaged juices served in coffee cups.

We enjoyed the hot springs and the beautiful view of the mountains. The beach was also nice and quiet, perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and accommodating which made us feel welcomed.
The rooms were not very clean and smelled a bit musty. The food was also disappointing, especially for the prices charged.
